Handmade kraft paper notebook.
 The cover is made with an engraving technique and the bookbinding with a cotton string (binding method with the spine seams showing). Notebook made in the workshop “Encadernação e Gravura” (Casa da Guia, Lisbon) carried out by Carapau Amarelo and Contraprova.

Packaging design for Masia Can Carbonell, organic vegetables.
Can Carbonell is a small country house located in a little town of Girona (Spain). The farmhouse cultivates and sells organic fruit and vegetables without using pesticides or GMOs.
The intention of the packaging is to respect the philosophy of the brand by avoiding the use of synthetic or chemical materials, such as plastic. The basic materials used for the design are sack cloth, ecological black ink, recycled paper, cardboard and natural fibre string.
The concept has been designed to show essentially the product, as naturally as possible. The typography and composition are very simple, making it easy to discern the information given.
Each label includes: an outer part with the detailed product information (grams, origin, category…), and as an added value, an inside part with a healthy recipe for cooking it.
The consumer can save these labels to make a little recipe collection. Binding them together with a string then makes it practical to have at hand in the kitchen. The recipes change according to the season, type of product, and required ingredients. In this way the consumer gets a new recipe every time they purchase fruits or vegetables distributed by the brand.

Savon du Midi is made with shea butter and certified organic vegetable oils. The fine blending of these oils creates its unique quality. None of them contain animal fat. The soap ais manufactured in small factories with the knowledge handed down from generation to generation in Provence (France).
The brand has the intention to transmit the simplicity of an organic product in order to highlight the natural qualities of the soap.

Labels and business card design for the fashion designer Mertxe Hernández.
Mertxe works in a little Studio - Shop in Barcelona, all you can buy in the store are handmade unique pieces. To capture this essence I used the traditional sewing vintage icons (scissors, thread, machine sew…) as the clothes she sells each label is also unique because they are designed to be handwritten.

WAWA is a workshop - store - restaurant where children have fun cooking and discovering organic fruit and vegetables, helped by instructors and nutritionists. The family can consume the cooked dishes in the little restaurant of the store. In this way children associate healthy food with something fun and introduce it naturally in their diet.
We created cooking recipes packs the family can buy in the store that include a book, tools and basic ingredients needed for healthy cooking and entertaining at home.
Design specifications
The logo is handmade using a rope. The word “wawa” means “child” in pre-Columbian language, culture that had a great admiration and respect for the earth.
The packaging is wrapped in a handmade illustrated cloth using the japanese technique furoshikique, once unwrapped the cloth can be used as a tablecloth. Each small bottle of product is made from recycled materials that can be reused in the house to contain other ingredients. The cookbook is designed with large illustrations to be read by children from 3 to 8 years.

Logo and visiting card design for the french restaurant “Goût de Nuit”.
The special characteristic of this restaurant is that customers eat in the dark in order to wake up their senses and savor the food in a different way. The card transmits the essence of the restaurant, it is all back so you can only guess the information by the brightness of the light on it or by touch.

This project represent the continual struggle against loneliness showing the simple every day life of an elderly person. This video is based in a Jaques Prévert poem “Déjeuner du matin” performed by Arnaud Beunaiche.
